NOT EVERYTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS.

Sometimes we look at a situation and feel absolutely certain that we know what we’re seeing. We build a story, draw conclusions, choose a side. And then, all it takes is a slight change of perspective to realise that what seemed so obvious may not have been quite so simple.
Perhaps that is one of the hardest things to accept: two people can look at the same reality and see completely different things. And neither of them necessarily has to be lying.
I created this space precisely for that reason. Not to teach anyone to see life the way I do, but to write about the things that intrigue me, surprise me, make me laugh, irritate me, or make me change my mind.
About relationships, people, journeys, choices, contradictions, and those little absurdities of everyday life that sometimes say far more about us than our greatest certainties ever could.
There are things that stay with me. A conversation, a sentence overheard by chance, a seemingly ordinary situation. Sometimes they make me laugh. Other times they irritate me. Some stay with me for days. And almost always, I end up doing what I’ve done for as long as I can remember: thinking about them.
This space was born from that. From what I see, what I experience, what I think, and also from the curiosity of understanding how the very same thing can look completely different when seen from the other side.
I don’t know exactly where this adventure will take me. And, for the first time, I don’t need to know.
If something I write here makes you laugh, think, disagree, or simply read it twice, then it was already worth it.
Because sometimes, it really does depend on where you’re standing.
